How do I return an item?

Errors & Damage

When you receive your order confirmation via email, please review it carefully to insure accuracy. Unless you notify us of errors, we deem the
confirmed order to be your order and it is correct. If we then make a mistake, we will correct the mistake free of charge. However, if you find you
have made a mistake we will advise you on how to solve it and will also make a replacement as fast as possible but we may, at our discretion,
ask you to pay a cost depending on what is involved.

Our quality control system strives to ensure that every item that we make is in perfect condition when it is sent out. When damage occurs it is
during delivery. If you receive a badly damaged package, please open it while the delivery company’s driver is still present if possible. If
the contents of the package are also damaged, refuse the package. Please notify us immediately so we can give you real time instructions.
We will handle all disputes with the transport company.
